Return policy

UK returns are FREE and can be sent via Royal Mail.

We are unable to amend or cancel any orders once they are placed. Instead, once your order has arrived, simply follow the returns instructions enclosed and as detailed below, and where we have received your goods in accordance with our refund policy, you will be issued with a refund.

Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for item(s) bought online with a proof of purchase within 28 days of receipt.

Items must be in their original, unworn state together with valid receipt.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, and face masks.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. Notification of the cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days, starting from the day after the goods are received. We will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered and, in addition to this, any paid delivery charge. Please note that the delivery charge refund will be to the value of standard delivery (as permitted by law)
